Here is my "new to market" pick of the week.  This home sits on one of my favorite streets in Irvington, NE 22nd Ave.  For those of you unfamiliar with NE 22nd Ave., it is one of two wide streets constructed to accommodate the street car years ago.  There are many large homes on this street but very few that have been left untouched like this one.  It's hard to believe that 3000+ sq. ft. homes were built with only one bathroom!
